Working as a sales representative and manager for a handful of the best import portfolios in California over the past ten years has fueled my passion for the wine of the Old World (Europe) and taught me about the intimate details of distribution, pricing and branding. Working in restaurants for some of the most dynamic and talented chefs in the Central Coast has given me extensive, real-world expertise not only in food and wine pairing but also in the strategies of creating a compelling, profitable and savvy wine list.
